Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Progressor in our Horsforth office. This role offers an OTE of up to £26,849 pa.

Job Responsibility:

  • Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents
  • Ensure smooth progress of property transactions from offer acceptance to completion
  • Monitor key milestones and resolve any obstacles or delays
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales progressor role preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of UK property regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
