Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Progressor. This is a part-time, permanent position located in Solihull. You will work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:45 to 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. Let's talk about the role. It involves Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents. Ensure smooth progress of property transactions from offer acceptance to completion. Monitor key milestones and resolve any obstacles or delays. Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records.
