Hyde is looking to recruit a Sales Progressor, in a fast paced team responsible for the sale of Hyde's existing void stock. You will work alongside another sales progressor and report to the Sales Manager within the Portfolio Transactions team. Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the sale of void assets
Working with senior lawyers on sale transactions
Obtaining updates on sales activity & progression of conveyancing process
Coordinating compliance info needed for legal packs
Coordinating receipt of and response to replies to legal enquiries working with internal teams to collate information
Maintaining data base of forecast sales completions and achieved completions
Coordinating completion documentation and circulating to internal team
Requirements:
Good organisational skills
Good at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
Eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to use excel and databases
Understanding of the conveyance process and previous experience in sales progression /UK residential sales
