Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of commercial execution and strategic initiatives, acting as the bridge between business strategy and operational delivery across LATAM acquisition programs. The Program Manager, Special Projects & Launches, owns the end to end execution of new initiatives, including program launches, BPO implementations, and market expansions. The role ensures that new requests from the business are implemented with strong focus and discipline, without disrupting the performance of existing programs. This position is fully accountable for delivering initiatives from definition to maturity, ensuring not only successful implementation but also strong adoption and execution within BPO operations before handover to the respective Line of Business Program Manager. Beyond launches, this role has shared accountability over the performance and efficiency of all programs, acting as a key driver of cross program improvements, best practice adoption, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong bias for action, high ownership, and a proactive mindset to ensure initiatives move forward with speed and discipline, always aligned with the defined roadmap.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end to end execution of new initiatives, including strategic programs, BPO launches, and country expansions
  • Translate business requests into clear execution plans, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Drive initiatives from early stage definition through implementation and stabilization, until full adoption and handover
  • Ensure strong embedding of new processes, tools, and strategies within BPO operations before transition
  • Ensure that implemented initiatives are fully adopted by BPO teams, with clear adherence to defined processes and standards
  • Stay close to operations during nesting and early stages to validate execution quality and identify gaps
  • Monitor how BPO teams are executing defined strategies, ensuring consistency with expected behaviors and outcomes
  • Provide structured feedback and insights to Program Managers on adoption gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Act as co-responsible for overall program performance across inbound and outbound channels
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and scalability across all programs
  • Act as a central point of view across channels to elevate best practices and ensure consistent execution standards
  • Partner closely with DCO, Product, regional stakeholders, Vendor Management, and BPO partners to ensure aligned execution
  • Manage dependencies and remove blockers to maintain speed and quality of delivery
  • Proactively drive alignment, escalate risks early, and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders
  • Lead the setup and implementation of new BPO operations, ensuring readiness across processes, training, and performance tracking
  • Support new market launches with clear structure, timelines, and operational frameworks
  • Conduct a close change management and make a thorough hand-off once the program is stable
  • Step into live program operations when required, including temporary coverage during absences
  • Ensure continuity and stability during transition periods

Requirements

  • Immediate availability to work from our offices in Bogotá or Mexico City
  • English and Spanish proficiency
  • 6+ years of strong commercial background with experience in sales, commercial planning, acquisition strategy, or revenue generating programs
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects from definition to execution in fast paced environments
  • Strong bias for action, with a proactive approach and high sense of ownership
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities
