Job Description:

The Sales Program Admin r is responsible for overseeing direct reseller onboarding, enforcing unauthorized reseller sales policies, and administering commercial channel price policies. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and strong internal collaboration in support of company goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams, sales leadership, and marketing throughout the new direct reseller onboarding process
  • Manage and oversee new direct reseller onboarding across five authorization phases: Setup, Authorization, Pricing, Service Training, and Purchase Orders
  • Track all onboarding steps, monitor progress, and provide regular status reporting
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency
  • Escalate priority resellers requiring additional internal support to ensure timely onboarding completion
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to request and implement system enhancements to improve onboarding workflows and tracking capabilities
  • Oversee communication with distribution partners regarding sales to unauthorized resellers across all commercial product lines
  • Develop, manage, and track unauthorized sales reporting schedules by product line
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of reseller authorization policies
  • Monitor and track non-compliance with commercial channel price policies
  • Prepare and distribute reporting related to price policy adherence
  • Schedule and facilitate escalation meetings with the Commercial Price Policy Committee
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams and resellers regarding price policy interpretation and guidance
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Partner effectively across departments to support business objectives and operational alignment
  • Provide guidance and support to internal customers to ensure clarity, compliance, and process consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in channel operations, reseller management, or sales operations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex processes and track multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, reseller management, or a related commercial role
  • Experience supporting or managing reseller or partner onboarding programs preferred
