Jones & Henry Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to identify new business opportunities from new clients and current clients to provide financial growth for the company.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the President and Members to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
Research client needs and generate sales leads
Create and maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential clients
Travel to attend trade shows, member organization meetings, etc. to promote the company’s services
Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field from an accredited curriculum from a four-year college
Minimum of five years of experience is preferred
Nice to have:
Proven sales/business development experience
Experience with or knowledge of municipal funding and grants
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office Suite
