Job Description

Jones & Henry Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to identify new business opportunities from new clients and current clients to provide financial growth for the company.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the President and Members to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Research client needs and generate sales leads
  • Create and maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential clients
  • Travel to attend trade shows, member organization meetings, etc. to promote the company’s services
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field from an accredited curriculum from a four-year college
  • Minimum of five years of experience is preferred

Nice to have

  • Proven sales/business development experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of municipal funding and grants
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office Suite
