Executes operational activities related to service renewals, renewal quoting, contract life-cycle management, and sales support processes to ensure that renewal opportunities are accurately managed and completed within agreed service levels. Applies knowledge of sales systems and tools to support renewal execution, opportunity management, and inquiry resolution. Produces renewal documentation, maintains accurate records in sales systems, and generates reports and analyses related to renewal performance and activities.
Job Responsibility:
Provides support for service renewal processing activities for assigned accounts or business areas
Creating and managing service renewal quotes or renewal services worksheets for moderately to highly complex deals, ensuring quote quality and delivery within agreed SLAs
Applying systems and process knowledge to develop proactive and reactive renewal quotes for expiring contracts
Supporting internal Sales Representatives by responding to service-related inquiries, renewal quotes, and opportunity management activities to help meet team quota and grow renewal business
Managing high volumes of inbound email requests related to renewal quotes and general service inquiries
Opening and managing cases in Salesforce (SFDC) to route requests to the appropriate teams for follow-up and action
Escalating renewal quoting or process issues to sales management as needed
Responding to general inquiries based on established policies, tools, and services processes
Generating and distributing performance reports, analytics, and operational metrics as required
Maintaining accurate and complete customer, contract, and opportunity information in sales systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Typically 0 – 2 years of relevant experience
Strong administrative, documentation, and information management skills
Working knowledge of sales operations tools, systems, and renewal processes
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software packages
Ability to navigate and utilize sales systems such as CRM, quoting, and renewal management tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret operational reports
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize workload, and meet defined SLAs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset to solve problems and bring new ideas to the table
B2, C1 or C2 English level is required
Ability to effectively communicate issues and collaborate with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
