Job Responsibility:
Handle and maintain vehicles and lot according to company standards
Maintain a clean lot
Maintain clean vehicles
Check in new vehicles
Drive vehicles to shop and back
Promptly greet dealership customers and refer customers to proper departments
Wipe down cars on showroom floor every morning
Merchandise front line every morning
Ensure all cars have a full tank of gas
Properly wash and prepare cars for delivery
Complete delivery form and sign off on work
Wear proper uniform
Remain at station on weekends with no exceptions
Assure duties are covered before going to lunch
Check delivery board every morning to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Maintain regular attendance
Work cooperatively and professionally with all personnel and customers
Treat public and customers courteously and non-discriminatorily
Adhere to company policy on non-discrimination and harassment
Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license
Maintain an acceptable driving record
Successful completion of background screening
Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing
Adherence to company policies
Ability to work weekends and cover shifts as needed
Compliance with safety training on chemical handling
Availability to maintain regular attendance
Ability to wear proper uniform
Willingness to follow instructions from management
Valid Washington State driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to operate pressure washers and steam cleaning equipment
Capability to handle chemicals safely following training
Basic physical fitness to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate courteously and professionally
Willingness to work cooperatively with team members
Attention to detail in vehicle maintenance and presentation
