About the job To develop sales and planning in an efficient and effective way, in order to attract new customers to come more often and buy more. Our main responsibilities are developing and executing sales steering, selling and planning in the IKEA way, range grouping, pricing, range management and launches. Job Responsibility
Provide customers to plan their kitchens and others home furnishing planning, based on their floorplans, site measurements and specific by empathetically listening and understanding their living situations and life at home needs, using relevant IKEA tools
Able to maximize furniture and accessories sales by offering complete and coordinated with all home furnishing solutions
Contribute towards improving the customer experience in the store and maintain a high level of service standard with a “First time right” mindset
Work closely with the service provider teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of IKEA Kitchen and other home furnishing
Support a customer-friendly and efficient execution of the payments (including remote payments), exchange & returns processes
Take responsibility to achieve the goals set for my HFBs of responsibility
Requirements
Passion for selling and planning in home furnishing complementary range
Experience of setting action plans, as well as setting and following up on goals
Passion for exceeding customer shopping experience expectations
Ability to work and communicate across many different aspects with your audience in mind and collaborate with different functions that require your expertise
Ability to identify/solve problems, critically evaluate plans and suggest solutions
Good strategic planning and good analytical skills
