Job Description:

Lead the development of sales strategies and data-driven insights for a dynamic FMCG company. You will lead the development of both short-term and long-term sales plans, forecast sales, and improve sales operations. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex sales data and guide strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales plans
  • Create monthly and periodic sales forecasts
  • Analyze various sales data sets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present insightful sales reports to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales strategies

  • Lead the digitalization and automation of sales data analysis
  • Support sales activities, including customer negotiations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, or data analysis within the FMCG industry
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights using tools such as MS Excel and Power BI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English
