Lead the development of sales strategies and data-driven insights for a dynamic FMCG company. You will lead the development of both short-term and long-term sales plans, forecast sales, and improve sales operations. You'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex sales data and guide strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, or data analysis within the FMCG industry
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights using tools such as MS Excel and Power BI
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
