We are seeking a Sales Planner to analyze performance, forecast results, and partner with adidas and account teams to drive growth and profitability. This role is about turning insights into action, building strong partnerships, and ensuring adidas continues to deliver excellence in the marketplace.
Job Responsibility:
Support go-to-market milestones and planning initiatives with sales and account teams
Build financial plans across categories that align account KPIs with adidas shipment targets
Analyze in-season performance and provide recommendations to improve results
Prepare reports that provide clear insights into account performance for sales, finance, and marketing
Manage franchise, key item, and replenishment forecasts to optimize inventory and sell through
Requirements:
Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
Minimum two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial forecasting
Advanced Excel skills required
Nice to have:
Industry experience preferred but not required
