The T-Ads Sales Planning team works across many facets of our internal organization to craft solution-focused proposals in response to client requests. This position focuses on pricing and planning responsibilities while using a variety of tools and platforms to package unique digital advertising products. The Associate Sales Planning Manager is responsible for the creation of proposals for smaller clients/projects. This includes thoughtful recommendations based on knowledge of the offering, best practices and alignment with client needs. They are also tasked with supporting the planning team by developing inputs into larger projects, owning the creation and approach to completing the end output.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with sales teams to build recommendations for strategic campaigns to best meet internal and client needs, e.g. proposals, spec docs, audience segmentation, ad hoc projects etc.
Provide pricing guidance across product suite in partnership with media operations and other internal teams
Support projects to develop best practices across team around offerings, outreach, and systems
Develop knowledge base to answer questions from other internal stakeholders regarding product functionality, pricing, feasibility, processes, and systems
Also responsible for other duties/projects assigned by leadership as needed
Less than 2 years media planning, digital agency, online advertising, or sales operations
Less than 2 years advertising tech exposure, e.g. DSP/SSP, media pricing, Salesforce, SharePoint and Excel
Communication skills: Must be an effective written and verbal communicator to work cross functionally with internal and external teams

Industry Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of the advertising industry, specifically the digital and programmatic space including digital media metrics and campaign KPIs
