Job Responsibility:

  • Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice
  • creating tailored solutions by preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads
  • keeping things running smoothly by managing essential admin efficiently
  • offering guidance with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best materials
  • enhancing the shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays
  • collaborating across the branch with colleagues including yard and counter sales to support the team

Requirements:
