We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead, develop and optimise the performance of our customer onboarding sales team within movebutler. This is a leadership role with accountability for commercial delivery, sales quality and partner relationships, while shaping a high-performing sales function. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for sales performance across onboarding, ensuring budgeted results are delivered through consistent, high-quality execution. You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on coaching leadership, using insight and data to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own the delivery of sales targets, conversion KPIs and forecasting accuracy
Use data and insight to inform prioritisation, decision-making and resource allocation
Identify conversion gaps and lead targeted improvement initiatives
Present clear performance insights, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Lead, coach and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists to meet and exceed budget expectations
Deliver high-quality 1:1s, PDPs and performance reviews rooted in coaching best practice
Build team capability, succession pipelines and clear career pathways to retain and grow talent
