As a Sales Performance Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial performance of our market. Reporting directly to the Country Manager DACH and working closely with Sales, Supply, Content, Marketing and Transport teams, you’ll act as a true business partner, ensuring our offers are both highly attractive for our members and high-performing from a commercial perspective.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive commercial performance for the DACH market (Austria and Switzerland, with a strong focus on the German market)
Deep dive into product and destination performance to identify over- and under-performing offers
Act as the main point of contact for Supply (buyers) and Content teams to ensure a rigorous, relevant, and high-quality offer selection
Ensure Marketing teams have the right market insights and products to promote
Analyze market trends and customer buying behavior (destinations, pricing, transport, demographics, key travel windows, etc.) to build a deep understanding of your portfolio
Improve product conversion rates through clear and structured action plans (product selection, merchandising, lifecycle management, stock monitoring, technical issue tracking)
Monitor website performance KPIs versus the market and propose actionable plans to maximize revenue and member engagement (Traffic, Conversion, and ABV (average basket value))
Conduct regular competitive analysis and share insights with internal stakeholders
Optimize transport performance (flights) by ensuring high-quality content and closely tracking commercial and technical performance
Coordinate, analyze, and monitor the performance of on-site events and campaigns (Voyage Privé initiatives or partnerships)
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable plans
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills, comfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent change
Autonomous, reliable, solution-oriented, curious, and creative
Performance-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
Confident, approachable, and relationship-oriented, able to build trusted partnerships internally
Good IT literacy and strong interest in digital trends
Fluent in English & German
Nice to have:
Previous experience in an OTA or e-commerce environment is a plus
