Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Lead with at least 3–5 years of experience in the conference business / directly selling corporate sponsorships— ideally at the six-figure+ deal level. You will be working directly with the VP of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer to drive large-scale sponsorship revenue. The ideal candidate will come in with existing relationships, be able to identify new opportunities, and close high-value deals that integrate into Uncharted’s curated calendar of events. You will also work closely with our Partnerships Manager + Sales and Ops Director, and have operational support to deliver on commitments — allowing you to focus on strategy, relationship-building, and revenue growth.

Requirements
