The business is scaling rapidly and investing in people, processes, and customer experience to support continued growth across a franchise-based network. The Sales / Partner Development Manager (individual contributor) is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the brand and long-term relationships with partnerships across the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate serves as a trusted partner, product expert, and sales leader, helping partners grow their businesses by providing product knowledge, sales training and coaching, and ongoing account support. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, educating partners, identifying growth opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets through influence. This is a field-based sales role focused on growing our Client's brands through direct engagement, training, and strategic account development. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional, product expert (they will train you!), and disciplined operator who thrives in a performance-driven environment and consistently exceeds sales goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners across assigned territories
Serve as primary point of contact for accounts
Conduct regular sales evaluations
Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales
Drive revenue growth by promoting client brands
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify new sales opportunities
Serve as product expert
Deliver product and sales training for partner teams
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions
Collaborate with marketing
Support partner participation in promotions
Gather feedback from partners
Monitor sales performance
Travel 25-50%+ across assigned territories
Provide weekly reporting
