Job Description:

Sales Order Processor role at a well-established pharmaceutical company, responsible for ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner and providing accurate monthly forecast submissions across the business.

Job Responsibility:

Process all orders that arrive within the division on a daily basis
Respond to all telephone requests and email queries in a timely manner
Resolve any invoice queries in a timely manner
Ensure customers receive KPIs are met in relation to disputed invoices
Maintain and update individual account files
Liaise with couriers to track customer deliveries
Manage demand forecasting for all products

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service environment
Medical/pharmaceutical experience is desirable
Excellent telephone manner
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills
Experience of forecasting is essential
Knowledge of SAP and Excel

Nice to have:

Medical/pharmaceutical experience
