Job Description:

Sales Order Processor role at a well-established pharmaceutical company, responsible for ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner and providing accurate monthly forecast submissions across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process all orders that arrive within the division on a daily basis
  • Respond to all telephone requests and email queries in a timely manner
  • Resolve any invoice queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure customers receive KPIs are met in relation to disputed invoices
  • Maintain and update individual account files
  • Liaise with couriers to track customer deliveries
  • Manage demand forecasting for all products

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Medical/pharmaceutical experience is desirable
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Experience of forecasting is essential
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel
