Job Description

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to work for a well-established pharmaceutical company based in the Solihull area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner as well as providing accurate monthly forecast submissions across the whole business.

Job Responsibility

  • Process all incoming orders within the division on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all telephone and email enquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Ensure customer-related KPIs are met, particularly in relation to disputed invoices
  • Maintain and update individual account files, ensuring all information is accurate and current
  • Liaise with couriers to track and manage customer deliveries effectively
  • Manage demand forecasting for all products in collaboration with Sales Managers and the Supply Chain team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment (medical/pharmaceutical experience is desirable)
  • An excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with customer orders and queries in a helpful, efficient, and friendly manner
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Experience of forecasting is essential
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel
