Job Description

The purpose of this role is to perform local sales targeting and incentive calculations for the field force as well as to contribute to the local and global projects to improve CRM operations and reporting in general. This role will be responsible for the timely and efficient use of reporting system(s) to support management and sales teams and to improve current local reporting practices in line with stakeholders’ needs. This position will report into the Finance Lead - Gulf.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the implementation of the local Sales Incentive plan design, calculation & monitoring as well as the alignment of the SIP design to Customer Engagement Strategy
  • Design & Update IMS sales reports and dashboards to track sales performance at national and territory level
  • Support business with Sales tracking, performance vs achievement monitoring and ad-hoc questions related to Sales Operations
  • Responsible for management of all Sales/Field Force activity dashboards – Trains staff and acts as local superuser
  • Follow up field force CRM activity including CLM, develop reports to reflect CRM performance and share with the field force
  • Support Field Force with territorial data analysis and territory alignment processes
  • Contribute to segmentation processes
  • coordinate segmentation surveys, conduct post-survey analysis and calculations
  • Act as a business partner to business units, provide support in sales operations related issues as necessary
  • Design, Coordinate and Implement marketing and sales effectiveness projects that aim to improve business productivity
  • Design standardized SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative critical metrics for Field Force teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in sales and commercial support, business analysis experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • The ability to understand and communicate the linkages between the different topics within Sales Force Effectiveness
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs
  • Experience with BI tools and Dashboard creation/maintenance (Tableau)
  • Self-starter with high work ethics
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of analytical skills and capability to solve complex, cross-functional problems
  • Fluency in English, both in written and verbal communication

Nice to have

  • MBA or other relevant Master’s degree
  • SME or Pharmaceutical/biotech industry background
