Job Description

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you take ownership of the operational ecosystem for two sales teams in the Small & Mid Market segment. Your mission is to steer processes and drive performance. You are the engine behind process quality and the central hub for information flow. Through your work, you create the foundation for sound decision-making, efficient operations, and sustainable sales success.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead high-impact projects: independently identify opportunities for optimization and manage mid-sized initiatives end to end, from standardising training processes to implementing new tools
  • Drive operational excellence: own the quality and consistency of core processes and ensure that data and workflows provide a reliable basis for informed decision-making
  • Define and communicate standards: act as the architect of our partner documentation and ensure that new processes, such as onboarding or campaigns, are clearly understood and applied in daily operations
  • Proactively manage interfaces: serve as the primary point of contact for partner teams on complex operational topics and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Operations or Analytics
  • Ensure execution: translate strategic discussions into concrete actions, track follow-ups, and ensure consistent implementation

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills: able to communicate complex topics clearly, in a structured and convincing way
  • fluent in German
  • good English skills
  • solid experience in sales, either directly in a sales role or in a sales-related operations function
  • understand the dynamics of sales teams and how to build effective, supportive processes
  • project management skills: enjoy actively driving projects, structuring tasks, managing timelines, and independently bringing initiatives to a successful conclusion
  • strong execution and ownership: proactively prioritise area of responsibility and see initiatives through to completion
  • analytical and strategic mindset: think in terms of impact, value, and ROI
  • work in a data-driven way, for example using Salesforce or comparable systems
  • independently derive actionable recommendations
