Job Description

We’re excited to introduce a key operational role that supports our commercial activities across the region, ensuring that contracts, orders, deliveries, and payments run smoothly from start to finish.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, from contract countersignature to final payment collection
  • Assist the Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the preparation, coordination, and management of sales contracts
  • Coordinate closely with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
  • Act as a point of contact for customers regarding lead times, deliveries, invoicing, and payment status
  • Prepare regular shipment reports, sales forecasts, and operational analyses on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Issue commercial invoices and work closely with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments and manage shipment-related risks, including credit insurance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role
  • Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers
  • Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts
  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, with a practical and structured approach to work
  • English language skills at C1 level
  • Romanian at C2 level
  • Chinese at B2 level is a plus

  • Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Chinese at B2 level
