We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support customer accounts by managing order fulfillment, communicating with internal teams, resolving operational issues, and ensuring alignment between customer demand and internal planning. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain regular, effective communication with customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams
Provide daily account support, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to achieve optimal results
Book orders in Oracle ERP, adjust ship dates with factory planners, and confirm schedules with customers/Sales
Ensure adherence to SOX, ISO, and revenue recognition guidelines
Maintain high quality, accuracy, and consistency in operational processes to meet customer service metrics
Proactively identify improvement initiatives to enhance performance
Manage customer demand, align supply, and communicate with planning and factory teams
Validate customer demand inputs and meet with customers to understand trends
Stay current on product transitions and customer qualification status
Collaborate with demand/supply planning, logistics, and finance teams on supply allocation
Manage operational projects (e.g., ERP changes or IT implementations affecting fulfillment)
Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue reports and identify risks/opportunities relative to revenue plans
Requirements:
Prior experience in Sales Operations or equivalent role with strong order management focus
Experience managing order backlogs, scheduling, and solving operational/customer issues
Knowledge of MRP and order fulfillment
Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree preferred — equivalent experience considered
