As a Sales Operations Specialist, your role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force through sophisticated data insights and optimized processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct and fine-tune CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to secure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting
  • Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Support implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology
  • Support deal desk activities by reviewing contracts, pricing, and promotion requests, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve team efficiency
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and identify areas of improvement for sales execution
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to address gaps in the pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Track metrics to measure the efficiency of sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Ensure lead qualification and management, from the handoff of marketing and commercial strategy to sales follow-up
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to advise product, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Partner with marketing to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, or a similar role
  • Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with internal teams
  • An analytical approach with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Diligent with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sales processes and guidelines
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred
