Job Responsibility:
Managing telephone communication with customers and partners to provide immediate and effective service
Handling daily communication across multiple channels including phone, email, and internal requests
Entering and monitoring orders accurately within the SAP ERP system
Managing customer requests and inquiries through the claims management platform
Utilizing corporate tools such as Outlook and reporting software to organize and track tasks
Providing administrative and commercial support to the broader Sales Operations team
Requirements:
2-3 years in sales support, commercial back-office, or customer service roles, preferably within

Strong organizational skills
Multitasking ability
Positive and proactive attitude
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
