Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing national team. This is a fully remote role focused on the intersection of data management and insurance sales support. You will be responsible for producing high-accuracy quotes for medical and ancillary insurance products, serving as the essential link between our Sales team and Underwriting partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and generate comprehensive insurance quotes bundling medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
  • Manipulate and update client data within Excel
  • Act as a gatekeeper, gathering all required client documents and ensuring submissions meet every carrier requirement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales partners, providing real-time updates on quote status and troubleshooting missing information
  • Monitor the pipeline of active quotes to ensure no request falls behind schedule

Requirements

  • Excel Proficiency: Beginner to intermediate level
  • Prior experience in healthcare or the insurance industry (medical/ancillary) is highly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Analytical ability to interpret insurance-related data and recognize discrepancies
  • Adaptability to pivot between different carrier tools and internal systems
