The Sales Operations Specialist will enhance sales performance through data analysis and operational excellence. This fully remote role requires advanced Salesforce and Excel skills, along with experience in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for presenting insights to sales leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, performance tracking, and business reviews
Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to sales leadership for decision-making
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles with high accuracy and timeliness
Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce within the two Business Units
Ensure CRM data hygiene, consistency, and accuracy across all sales processes
Provide training and support to sales team members on SFDC best practices
Optimize and document sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Coordinate sales governance activities, including enforcing process compliance among sales teams
Support strategic initiatives such as account planning, account segments and assignments
Manage ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from sales leadership
Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel PivotTables, Power Query, and other analytics platforms to produce insights
Maintain and enhance analytics models, performance scorecards, and data pipelines
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related analytical/operational roles
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data modeling
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms for dashboard development
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Must be willing and able to work US time zones
Nice to have:
Experience supporting US-based sales teams or global sales organizations
Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and sales performance metrics
Experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise services industries
