We’re partnering with a leading fintech company to find a talented Sales Operations Project Manager and Process Excellence Lead for a 10–26 week remote contract. This role offers the opportunity to support sales enablement and revenue operations teams by streamlining processes, documenting workflows, and managing cross-functional projects.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and coordinate multiple initiatives that enhance the efficiency of sales operations and enablement processes
Document current workflows, create standard operating procedures, define roles and responsibilities, and map end-to-end processes
Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement automation solutions to reduce risks
Oversee project timelines, manage dependencies, and report on progress to stakeholders regularly
Maintain all operational artifacts, including process documentation, SOPs, RACIs, and training materials, for ongoing use
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in process documentation and project or program management
Demonstrated expertise in workflow mapping, process modeling, and developing SOPs/RACIs
Proven ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving work environments
Proficiency with SFDC, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, MS Office, and Google Workspace
Strong communication skills, capable of producing clear, executive-level documentation
Ability to influence teams and drive initiatives across different functions without direct authority
Bachelor’s degree is required
Nice to have:
Certifications in PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar are a plus
