Cogoport is on a look-out for a Sales Operations professional. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our sales tech stack and processes. You will work with a high level of autonomy, identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative strategies, and collaborating closely with the sales teams across different regions.

Job Responsibility:

  • document and implement sales compliance processes, policies, and procedures
  • conduct product training for sales teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the product(s)
  • allocation of leads and scoring of the leads to various sales teams
  • monitoring the sales productivity, planning and forecasting sales revenue for all the sales channels and monitoring the adherence to forecasted revenue
  • analysis of the customer behavior and market trends and creation of SQL-based dashboards for monitoring the same

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years in sales operations, process optimization, or related fields
  • project management and familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques (Salesforce, Hubspot, CPQ Tools)
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • proficiency in data analysis to drive insights
