Job Responsibility:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
Provide insights to support decision-making and sales strategy
Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and optimize process for the sales team
Provide support in sales forecasts and managing CRM system and records
Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
Monitor and track sales performance including KPIs, analyze sales results, and report findings to sales leadership to inform decision making
Involvement with training, support and onboarding for new team members
Oversee sales technology stack, establish standards for sales data and enforce adherence to standards
Involvement in defining sales strategy and establishing reporting to support strategy and drive revenue goal and achievement of sales goals
Requirements:
Deep experience and knowledge of CRM systems
Proven success in building and reporting on KPIs, sales metrics and sales reporting
Strong analytical ability and experience in sales data analysis to drive revenue growth
Success in optimizing sales processes
Understanding of pipeline management, and forecasting
Nice to have:
Experience with Hubspot
