  • Own and evolve the business systems data architecture across our go-to-market stack, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and scalability across multiple CRMs and core SaaS tools
  • Act as the technical owner of almost all parts of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from website lead capture through sales, onboarding, billing, and renewal — ensuring all systems and handoffs work seamlessly
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Serve as the senior technical partner to RevOps, GTM, and G&A teams, translating business requirements into system designs, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions
  • Partner with RevOps, Finance, and Legal to support and optimize CPQ, billing, and subscription management workflows, including renewals, amendments, upgrades, and revenue accuracy
  • Drive system governance and data quality standards, including field definitions, lifecycle stages, permissions, naming conventions, and integration best practices
  • Identify architectural gaps and technical debt, proactively proposing improvements and supporting the Head of DataOps in shaping the business systems roadmap
  • Create and maintain clear system documentation, runbooks, and training materials to enable scalable operations across the organization
  • Act as the go-to expert when things break: investigate root causes, resolve complex data and sync issues, and continuously improve system reliability
