Job Description

We are looking for a General Sales Support Junior Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting commercial operations in Chile. In this position, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of customer and vendor data processes that directly impact day-to-day business performance. You will be at the center of operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and field sales to maintain up-to-date information, support market needs, and enable efficient decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage customer account activations, updates, and deactivations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Coordinate and execute vendor assignment processes based on business priorities and market requirements
  • Maintain and validate customer and vendor information to guarantee reliable and up-to-date data across systems
  • Continuously seek opportunities to simplify and improve processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing complexity
  • Identify, track, and support the resolution of operational issues, ensuring a high level of service delivery
  • Work closely with stakeholders and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and alignment with business needs

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus)
  • Experience working with data systems such as SAP or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of data management and reporting
  • Professional proficiency in Business English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
