We are looking for a General Sales Support Junior Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting commercial operations in Chile. In this position, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of customer and vendor data processes that directly impact day-to-day business performance. You will be at the center of operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and field sales to maintain up-to-date information, support market needs, and enable efficient decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Manage customer account activations, updates, and deactivations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Coordinate and execute vendor assignment processes based on business priorities and market requirements
Maintain and validate customer and vendor information to guarantee reliable and up-to-date data across systems
Continuously seek opportunities to simplify and improve processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing complexity
Identify, track, and support the resolution of operational issues, ensuring a high level of service delivery
Work closely with stakeholders and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and alignment with business needs
Requirements:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus)
Experience working with data systems such as SAP or similar platforms
Basic understanding of data management and reporting
Professional proficiency in Business English (written and spoken)
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Customer-focused mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
