Job Description:

As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales operations department with the supply chain management data flow and contributing directly to our growth strategy across our Benelux markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source, qualify, and enrich leads across Benelux markets to keep our CRM accurate and insightful
  • Maintain and optimize data in HubSpot, Salesloft, and Metabase, ensuring a clean and reliable sales pipeline
  • Support Sales Operations by improving CRM workflows and documenting key processes
  • Pre-qualify inbound leads and assist SDRs in focusing on high-potential opportunities
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • An analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Interest in sales, growth, and CRM tools
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficiency in English and French/Spanish/Dutch or German
  • A first experience with Google Sheets / Excel (and HubSpot is a plus)
  • A university agreement
  • Availability for 5-6 months in full-time
