We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Intern to support our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, data, and strategy—learning how to optimize sales processes, uncover performance insights, and enable teams with the tools they need to succeed. If you’re eager to build a career in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Sales Enablement, this internship offers a front-row seat to how a modern SaaS sales organization operates. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Sales Analyst role after the program.
Job Responsibility:
Dive into sales performance metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
Help maintain and improve executive dashboards in Salesforce and Excel that track pipeline health and sales activity
Keep Salesforce data clean, accurate, and actionable for better reporting and forecasting
Support lead routing and territory management through LeanData
Streamline reporting and automate manual tasks to make our team more efficient
Build and organize sales enablement resources using Spekit to help reps learn and sell faster
Optimize tools like Outreach and Qualified to enhance productivity and engagement
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support ongoing initiatives
Contribute to special projects that improve how our sales team operates and grows
Requirements:
Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
Availability for 10-20 hours per week (remote)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Experience with tools like Outreach, LeanData, Qualified, or Spekit
Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Previous experience in sales operations or enablement roles
