Job Description

The Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the team with long-term projects as well as daily tasks and duties. They will collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners to meet the team's needs throughout the internship. The ideal applicant for this position is an individual who communicates clearly and effectively, displays a strong work ethic, and has a drive to learn. Duration: 10-week paid internship. Dates: June 1 – August 7th.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining showroom standards to ensure proper presentation by brand
  • Assist in organizing sample closet and participate in sample audits/inventory
  • Fulfilling and shipping sample requests from sales team, Marketing & PR teams
  • Provide reporting of top sellers by brand
  • Assist in the maintenance of survey reporting and dealer agreements
  • Preparation & support for local and domestic sales events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Seeking a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Available to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the Summer Internship
  • Comfortable working in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of luxury, fashion, retail specialty or wholesale environment preferred
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality
  • Can work independently and be a team player while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize/time-manage, and be highly detail-oriented
  • Legally authorized to work in the US before first day of employment
