On behalf of our client—a global automotive manufacturer —we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Intern, or Operations Coordinator Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual/trilingual professional to join a dynamic international team and play a key role in the full-cycle vehicle logistics and sales chain. Internship role!
Job Responsibility:
Support the development and execution of sales strategies for the Hungarian market
Create and update reports on wholesale, retail, and market share
track market trends and competitor performance
Monitor dealer performance against targets and provide insights to optimize sales
Manage rolling sales plans, including production, wholesale, and stock levels
Collect and analyze sales data from other CEE markets to help align regional strategies
Work closely with Pricing, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and effective promotional campaigns
Support regional vehicle sales and logistics by managing the full inventory chain, from production coordination to final delivery
Oversee critical shipping processes, including customs clearance, vehicle inspections, and handling shipment damage claims
Maintain and update operational databases tracking key milestones (Gate-in, transport, retrofitting, and dealer delivery)
Act as a bridge between Headquarters and regional branches to ensure production schedules align with shipment fulfillment and partner deadlines
Partner with Product and Finance teams to manage documentation required for factoring banks and vehicle releases
Prepare and deliver regular sales and inventory analytics to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for this role
A strong interest in the automotive sector and a desire to grow within a global organizational structure
Advanced Excel skills are highly appreciated (or a strong affinity for data)
Excellent intercultural communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical mindset with a high sense of responsibility
