We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role that supports the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function through data-driven insights, reporting, and system management. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our sales reporting infrastructure, supporting stakeholders across multiple business units, and providing forward-looking insights to drive commercial performance. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working independently, solving complex problems, and translating data into meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
Job Responsibility
Develop, maintain, and optimise sales reports and dashboards in Power BI, Salesforce, and other systems
Extract, analyse, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights on sales performance and trends
Maintain CRM and reporting systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility
Partner with sales teams, sales managers, event directors, and project managers to deliver reporting and insights
Provide forward-looking analysis, including forecasting and behavioural insights to support strategic decision-making
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and system efficiencies
Support users with system training and troubleshoot reporting and data issues
Assist in tracking sales initiatives and coordinating operational activities (with execution supported by another team)
Requirements
Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard development, reporting, troubleshooting)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience using Salesforce for reporting and data extraction
Demonstrated data analysis and reporting capability
Ability to troubleshoot reporting systems and resolve complex issues
Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Experience with forecasting and analytical modelling
Background in FMCG or similar industry
Experience working in complex, multi-source reporting environments
