Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of commercial activities and tactical brand plans, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule
Manage the coordination of communication campaigns. Act as the primary point of contact for advertising and PR agencies
Take full ownership of the logistics for external events and medical congresses, including venue selection, HCP (Healthcare Professional) invitations, and onsite coordination
Maintain daily synchronization with the sales team to ensure smooth field operations and provide necessary promotional assets
Lead the approval workflow for all promotional materials via internal platforms, ensuring absolute adherence to industry regulations (SFEE/EFPIA) and internal Codes of Conduct
Manage communication with local health authorities regarding event notifications and support transparency reporting for HCP interactions
Manage the commercial budget lifecycle, including purchase requisitions (PRs), invoice reconciliation, and proactive budget tracking
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-3 years) within the Pharmaceutical Industry is required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism is essential
The ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality protocols is required
University/College degree (Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Health Sciences will be considered a strong asset)
Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance protocols (SFEE/EFPIA)
Proficiency in office productivity tools and technology (Excel, PPT, SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus)
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and oral)
