Job Description

This role blends hands-on operational support with data-driven analysis, helping teams manage customer setup, promotional activity, merchandising efforts, and day-to-day sales requests.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate incoming sales-related requests by monitoring shared communication channels, organizing priorities, and routing matters to the appropriate internal contacts
  • Support the setup of customers, products, and vendors by maintaining accurate records across internal systems and external platforms
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and summaries that highlight trends, performance results, and actionable business insights
  • Keep projects and daily workflows on track through task management tools, ensuring deadlines, responsibilities, and follow-up actions are clearly managed
  • Provide oversight and direction to the Sales & Marketing Assistant to help maintain efficient execution of routine operational activities
  • Assist the sales team with product samples, presentation materials, meeting logistics, and post-meeting follow-up to strengthen customer support
  • Help coordinate promotional and retail merchandising initiatives by tracking deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional communication
  • Contribute to operational improvements related to sales processes and system-based workflows when business needs require updates or transitions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or a related business support role
  • Demonstrated ability to create and interpret sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting sales processes, including customer onboarding, administrative coordination, and cross-functional communication
  • Working knowledge of sales tax concepts and sales tax return processes
  • Familiarity with KYC and AML requirements in a business operations or customer setup environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities effectively
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and task management platforms used to track workflow and performance
