Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support the efforts of our growing sales team. You will collaborate closely with senior sales team members to assist in the creation of client deliverables that drive revenue, maintain organized internal systems, and manage pipeline logistics – all while gaining valuable mentorship and professional development opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that wants to be a part of a fast-paced team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gain exposure to the end-to-end sales process by assisting in the creation of demos, proposals, and client deliverables that directly impact revenue
  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM and streamline sales operations by maintaining clean, organized records and facilitating internal logistics
  • Support team members with call preparation, note-taking, research, and relationship mapping to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of client accounts, ensuring accurate user access and a smooth client experience
  • Develop your sales skills by learning directly from a high-performance sales team invested in your growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Driven, motivated, and coachable
  • Superb time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Hubspot or CRM tools is a plus
  • Interest in commercial real estate, AI, or PropTech
  • 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office
