The Sales Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator is the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that the transition from order to delivery is seamless. You will manage the critical administrative and logistical hurdles of international trade, serving as the essential link between our sales executives, our warehouse, and our global customers.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery to industrial clients
Manage customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping timelines
Generate and verify essential commercial documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions
Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange domestic and international shipments
Maintain accurate inventory and stock management records using Microsoft Dynamics 365
Apply knowledge of Incoterms to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness in all shipping arrangements
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure documentation aligns with client-specific requirements
Requirements:
A Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant discipline
Proven experience in order processing, shipping coordination, or sales administration
Familiarity with international trade protocols and basic knowledge of Incoterms
Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
