Job Description

Ericsson is seeking a Sales Operations Co-op intern to join the Canada team based in Montreal. This team plays a key role in driving sales growth, improving processes, and supporting a diverse customer base — including Tier 1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs), regional operators, utilities, government entities, and channel partners. The variety of customers this team serves creates a dynamic environment with exposure to different types of businesses and a wide range of challenges and learning opportunities. This is an internship (co-op) position.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Key Account Managers with the quote-to-cash process flow
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support continued business growth
  • Drive digitalization initiatives by implementing new tools that improve the customer experience and streamline internal workflows
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure hardware availability
  • Manage customer price books
  • Support quarterly net sales targets and cash collection activities

Requirements

  • 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
  • Available for a full-time co-op
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the co-op
  • Bilingual French and English
