Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Sales Operations & Analytics Manager to join its Sales Operations team at our New York Office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical/commercial role, preferably within the alternative investment industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization/analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics, and Outreach
  • Strong understanding of global service delivery models and the business needs of alternative investment participants
  • Proven experience managing teams in a multinational environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
