We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support a growing business development and revenue team within the insurance industry. This role focuses on Salesforce, sales data, reporting, and system alignment across a complex, integrated environment. This is a fast-moving role for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable with change.
Job Responsibility:
Support and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Administer and support Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards
Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, underwriting, and finance
Help establish and maintain strong data governance for sales and revenue data
Develop and maintain reporting on pipeline, performance, and forecasts
Support the transition from Salesforce dashboards to Tableau
Troubleshoot CRM and sales tool issues and collaborate on solutions
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytics
Strong Salesforce experience (required)
Insurance industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems
Clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions and giving direct feedback
