Job Description

Clipboard is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who can help us scale smarter. You’ll power our revenue engine by turning data into direction—building automations, analyses, and dashboards that make our sales team faster, better, and more focused on what matters: driving growth. If you love jumping into SQL, writing scrappy Python scripts, and finding clever ways to eliminate manual work with tools like Zapier or n8n, this is your playground.

Job Responsibility

  • Find signal in the noise. Run analyses that uncover trends, reveal bottlenecks, and guide strategy across the sales organization
  • Build the source of truth. Own dashboards, reports, and visualizations that live in Salesforce, BI tools, or custom Python/SQL workflows
  • Automate everything repeatable. Design and maintain automations (Zapier, n8n, internal scripts) that reduce manual work and keep data clean
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to translate business questions into clear data insights and scalable systems
  • Own the data flow. Build and maintain lightweight pipelines that join data from Salesforce, product, and ops tools into usable formats
  • Keep our data honest. Monitor data quality, catch inconsistencies, and build safeguards to prevent errors
  • Document as you go. Create short playbooks and templates for recurring analyses, so the next person can move twice as fast

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization)
  • Working Python experience (Pandas, simple ETL, API calls)
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom scripts)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting
  • Ability to turn messy, unstructured questions into clean, actionable analyses
  • High attention to detail and a builder’s mindset—if something feels repetitive, your instinct is to automate it
  • Comfort in a fast-moving, async, and feedback-rich environment

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • Insurance benefits + 401k options
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
  • Remote-first working environment
