As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting sales data to generate valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Data, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making, continuous optimization of sales strategies, and thoughtful adoption of emerging AI capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales leadership
Support sales forecasting by leveraging data modelling techniques and historical trends
Assist in maintaining data accuracy and integrity within CRM and other sales analytics tools
Work with internal data teams to enhance data accessibility and usability for sales operations
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics
Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to uncover insights that support strategic sales decisions
Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools (such as AI-assisted analysis, automation, or reporting) to improve how insights are generated and shared
Identify opportunities where AI or automation can streamline repetitive analysis or reporting tasks
Contribute to building AI awareness and readiness within the Sales Operations team by sharing learnings, best practices, and new tools
Assist in evaluating and optimizing sales processes through data-driven analysis
Requirements:
1 - 2 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
A degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, MIS, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Flexibility to work at critical business times such as End of Quarter
Nice to have:
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses
Curiosity about AI tools and their application in analytics, automation, and business operations
Experience experimenting with tools such as AI copilots, data assistants, or prompt-based analysis tools
