We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst to drive efficiency and provide critical insights in a fast-paced environment. This role requires high cross-functional collaboration & communication, strong analytical skills, and a relentless focus on optimizing our sales processes and performance.
Job Responsibility:
Identify business challenges and opportunities, using data analysis to provide strategic and tactical recommendations
Evolve problem-solving frameworks, develop and test hypotheses, and lead the implementation of new solutions, including developing a monitoring plan
Own the process of reporting and analyzing sales pipeline, bookings, headcount, and productivity to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis to track sales quota achievement
Drive the health of the business through performance monitoring, analysis, process improvements, and key insights
Provide critical analytical and administrative support for the annual planning process, specifically supporting the design and implementation of sales territory strategy
Manage ongoing escalations and act as a key cross-functional point of contact, ensuring smooth operations
Support various strategic sales operations projects
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or another STEM-related field at an accredited North American college or university
Strong foundation in analytical thinking, financial modeling, quantitative coursework, or related academic experience
Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and structured spreadsheet design
Strong process development and technical writing experience, with the ability to document and improve workflows
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach, with strong accuracy when working with numbers and data
Willingness to support a variety of projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise communication style
Nice to have:
Experience using AI tools to support data cleaning, analysis, and presentation of information (as applicable)
Previous internship or professional experience in finance, analytics, consulting, operations, or a related quantitative field
Exposure to data analysis, financial modeling, or business intelligence tools beyond Excel/Sheets
