Job Responsibility:
Strategic Pricing Management: Develop, maintain, and update pricing models and price lists, conducting market and competitor analysis to propose and implement effective pricing strategies
Sales Performance & Business Analysis: Analyze sales performance, price realization, and margin impact across regions and products, providing monthly reports and key business insights to leadership
Process & System Optimization: Manage and enhance pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting systems (e.g., using Excel, Power BI), and identify opportunities to automate and improve pricing workflows
CRM Data Coordination: Coordinate customer projects and quotes, ensuring high data accuracy in the CRM, and customizing reports/dashboards for the sales organization
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3 years of administration experience within a B2B sales environment
Posses strong presentation and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience in construction material industry is preferable
