We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join a company, within the fastest-growing Dermatological Beauty division. This role is pivotal for accelerating digital transformation and optimizing the performance of the Medical Representatives team, by leveraging technology and data analysis.
Job Responsibility:
CRM/CLM Administration: Deploy, manage, and support CRM/CLM tools (Veeva) for medical representatives. This includes managing customer data, territory alignment, user profiles, and data loading (via Data loader)
Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports (Power BI) and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of Medical Representatives
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze medical landscape data (sales activities, prescription panels, barometers) to support the definition of healthcare professionals’ segments and optimize the ROI of activities
Segmentation & Targeting: Develop and implement Segmentation & Targeting strategies, adapting them to balance investments and geographical needs for each business unit
Bonus Schemes Support: Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of bonus schemes for the field team
Digital Transformation: Champion digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and implementing new digital tools (e.g., Power App solutions)
Business Intelligence: Provide business intelligence insights to management, monitor performance indicators for each channel, and synthesize survey data to capture market reality
Training: Ensure that all concerned internal staff are trained in the tools and systems
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in previous sales support, business analyst or sales analyst role
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills
Experience working as part of cross-functional teams
Strong communication, leadership, and project execution and delivery skills are essential
Degree in Business or Science
Sales Force Excellence qualification or 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Force Excellence role, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or agency
In-depth knowledge of CRM reporting systems
Power BI knowledge
High level of computer literacy with in-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and mapping packages
